In order to analyze the habits and knowledge levels of young people about sustainable food, which is one of the most basic problems of today, we created a needs analysis report based on the results of the survey we conducted with 100 young people. In this context, we started preparations for an international project to support young people to better understand the relationship between sustainable nutrition and health and to take an active role in sustainable and healthy nutrition, which is one of the important needs of society. Related work is presented below.
